Open your mind to what Nebraska authors have to offer. You will be amazed by the scope of literature and books produced by writers right here in Nebraska. Some of these books may be familiar to you, others may be books that you have never before encountered. The goal of the Nebraska 150 Reading Challenge is to draw attention to the best literature produced from Nebraska and to highlight the varied cultures, historical time periods and locations that are featured in the selected books. These books will contribute to a greater understanding of our shared history.
